    Highlights:

  • Worked with clients to understand business objectives and experiences with SellPoint offerings and collaborated with SellPoint teams to continuously improve user experience, features and value of products.
  • Spearheaded a unique product tour approach, produced for ASUS’ new tablet launch, which received a record 57,550 minutes viewed within the first month.
  • Produced over 50 Active Product Tours for Canon, improving the effectiveness of Canon’s online product merchandizing across retail channels.

Senior Designer, Freelance; 2005 – 2011
Design, project management and copyediting of websites, applications, product tours and tutorials, direct response campaigns, flash demos, html emails, newsletters and presentations.

  • Designed the EyePACS website and application, an eye picture archive communication system, empowering primary care providers to help prevent diabetic blindness.
  • Working closely with product development and sales teams, created product prototypes for companies including Navis and SellPoint.
  • Designed and produced websites for nonprofit organizations, such as Save Mount Diablo and The Safety Net, and for-profit corporations including Dave’s Next Move (now Workday).
  • Took the creative lead on direct response campaigns for Wells Fargo, Taleo, Yahoo!, Comcast and Activant.
  • Updated and unified Wells Fargo Treasury Management’s electronic communications to adhere to new branding and industry best practices.

Multimedia Designer, PeopleSoft, Inc.; 2002 – 2005
Designed and produced websites, html emails, flash animations and presentations as a member of PeopleSoft’s in-house creative team.

  • Successfully completed over 250 marketing campaigns.
  • Simultaneously supervised multiple major projects, including managing contractors and staff, taking responsibility for project budgets, resources, and schedules.
  • Won Telly Award for excellence in website design.

User interface analysis, design and documentation.

  • Team member for The Getty’s web site redesign—created a site consisting of 53,742 pages, including 3,255 art objects, 1,500 artist biographies and 1,500 glossary definitions.

  • Designed innovative user interfaces for Fortune 500 clients, universities and publishing companies, including Houghton Mifflin, Stanford University, Addison Wesley, Lucent Technologies, DFS Limited, and Sprint.
